Delivery/Collection – The hirer must be present at the point of delivery and collection at the agreed times and dates. The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any extra delivery/collection costs if they are not present eg. if a re-delivery has to take place or collection cannot be made when arranged. All deliveries are completed via our nationwide next day courier service from Interlink Express, or by us personally.

Cancellation – In the event of the hire being cancelled the following charges will apply: if cancelled four weeks or more before the delivery date – 50% of the transaction is forfeit, if cancelled less than four weeks before the delivery date – 100% of transaction is lost. (1 new transfer date will be offered)

Payment – Payment options we accept via Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Amex via Paypal online via our website.

Covid statement - if you need to cancel your event due to Government advice, CSD will offer a credit note to the value of your payment at the time of cancellation; valid for 18 months from date of original booking.
